     Belief Statement

1- We believe creation was an act of God and nothing else. In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth and

all that is in them.(Genesis 1:1 ). He created man from the dust of the ground  (Genesis 2:7 ) and fashioned Eve from

man's rib. He made them male and female as one. (Genesis 2; 21-25).

2- We believe the Bible to be the eternal word of God, inspired and "God-breathed" by the Holy Spirit through holy men

that God selected. The Word of God is the only authority in which to build our life and faith upon.

   (2 Timothy 3:6-16)   ( 2 Peter 20: 20-21).

3-  We believe in the Trinity. God in three persons. All eternal, all equal, all omnipresent. The Father, the Son and the Holy

Spirit. We believe  the Trinity has a part in mankind from Genesis to Revelation.

(Genesis 1:26)

4-   We believe that man was created in God's image and likeness and was given dominion over all the work of God's

hand.  (Genesis 1: 26-29). We believe that Adam committed high treason against God through disobedience in

partaking of the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil which, in turn, caused the fall of mankind. (Genesis 2:6). Their

relationship with God was lost, sin and death entered in and the earth and mankind were now slaves to satan. The only

way to be free from sin and death is to be "born-again' by the Spirit of God and  become a new creature in Christ Jesus.

(2 Corinthians 5:17)    ( John 3: 3-8)

5 - We believe in the deity of Jesus Christ as the Son of God, born of a virgin, shed His blood for our sins, was resurrected

from the dead and is sitting at the right hand of the Father making intercession for all the saints.

(Matthew 1: 20-23)   (Hebrews 7: 24-25

6-  We believe that baptism in water is an outward expression of an inward conviction. The believer identifies with Jesus

birth, death, an resurrection.  (Galatians 3: 26-27)  It is in obedience to Christ concerning baptism.

                                                                             (Acts 2;41)  (Acts 8: 12-36)

7- We believe that we are baptized into the family of God when one receives Jesus Christ into his heart at the"new-

         birth'.  (John 3:1-7).

                  1- They become a "new-creation' in Christ.  (Romans 6:3-4).

2-  They are washed in His blood.  (Hebrews 9: 12).

3-  They are called by His name.  (1 John 3: 1-5).

4-  They are adopted into the family of God. ( Romans 8: 14-16).

8- We believe in the Holy Spirit Baptism with the evidence of speaking in tongues. (Acts 10: 43-44-47). The Holy Spirit

resides in a person when they receive the "new-birth". ( John 3: 1-5). The Spirit baptism is like a river flowing within a

        believer. ( John 7: 37-38).

9- We believe in the 9 Gifts of the Holy Spirit that are for the church today. (1 Cor.12: 4-11).

10- We believe the Holy Spirit is a helper, teacher, guide, comforter, and councilor to the church ( John 16, 17, 20).

                      (John 16: 13-15).

11- We believe in the Five-Fold Ministries mentioned in Ephesians 4: 11-16 is the governing command center of the

church under the leadership of the Holy Spirit. These offices are responsible for the teaching, training, and

empowering the church into the full stature of Christ.

12- We believe in the two ordinances of the church. Water Baptism ( Matt. 28: 19-20) and the Lord's Supper.

                    (1 Cor. 11: 24-27)

13- We believe in the second coming of Jesus Christ. No man, angel, or even Jesus knows the day or hour when he will

return for His bride. Only the Father knows that time.  ( Mark 13: 32).

14- We believe  in the rapture of the church. ( 1 Thessalonians 4: 16-17). The dead in Christ rising first then us that remain

will be caught up to meet Him in the air.

15- We believe in the 1,000 year rein with Christ on earth with all His saints.  (Revelation 20: 4-6).

16- We  believe that satan is real, an accuser of God's people, that he is the god of this world and an enemy of Christians.

( John 10: 10). We believe that he was defeated at Calvary ( John 3:8) and now we have the power and authority

given to us by Jesus Christ to be victorious over him. (Romans 8: 37).  His end is in the Lake of Fire with the false

prophet, his demons, evil spirits, and the beast. All wicked will have their part there also.

17- We believe in a eternal hell prepared for the devil and his followers. (Matt. 25: 31-46)   (Revelation 20: 11-15)

               (Mark 9: 42-48).

18- We believe also in a heaven where God dwells. We believe that the New Jerusalem will be the believer's home prepared

          by Jesus Himself.  ( Revelation  3: 12).

19- We believe in the separation of Church and State. We submit to the laws of the State of Georgia insofar as those laws do

not require disobedience to God's law of the Bible or our Constitutional rights as a citizen of the United States..

20- We believe that the universal church  is the bride of Christ and His body. We believe that the church is a living  organism

of born-again believers baptized into one body by the Holy Spirit. The local churches' responsibility is to teach, train,

and empower the body of Christ to fulfill the Great Commission of making disciples and preach the gospel to an entire

world. Jesus is coming back for His bride soon and we will rule and rein with Him forever... The Church in these last days

will rise up in all her power and glory and become all that God created her to be !

21- We believe in the ministry of angels is for today. They excel in strength  ( Psalms 91: 11-12 )    They minister to the heirs

of salvation  ( Hebrews 1: 14  )  and they are very much involved in the Church and purposes of God in the earth.

                               ( Luke 15: 10 ).
